The Econagency name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Econagency. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to help analyze how users interact with the Site. Your use of the Site is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Econagency is not responsible for Google's data practices.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Econagency regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
